The sun may be shining now as I write, but for the second week in a row, the Friday Night Lights Coaches vs. Cancer double-header at Bruno Stadium has been postponed. It had stopped raining at mid-morning, but apparently, the rain had reached the stadium around that time, and the decision was made to postpone.
Today's games will be made up tomorrow, but the start times have been moved up:
CBA vs. Guiklerland, 1 pm.
Watervliet vs. Mohonasen, 4 pm.
Also, last week's games have been rescheduled. Shenendehowa & Niskayuna will have a rematch at The Joe on May 16 at 7 pm, while Green Tech & Tamarac will play four days later on May 20 at 4 pm. Sectional play begins before Memorial Day, with the sectional title games set for Bruno Stadium May 28-31.
