The Northeast-10 Conference cancelled its winter sports schedule on Tuesday, but left it open for member teams, such as the College of St. Rose, to schedule non-conference games this season if able, and the Golden Knights intend to do just that. Stay tuned.

The Giants moved defensive back Jarren Williams back to the practice squad on Monday following a 26-7 loss to Arizona. Williams, a UAlbany graduate, recorded 1 tackle on special teams.

UAlbany's women's basketball team was back on the road Tuesday, dropping a 67-48 decision to Marist (MAAC). Grace Heeps had 6 points in a losing effort. Logan Thayne made her season debut, playing one minute late, but did not score. The Lady Danes fall to 1-2.
