News & notes

Siena College now has 4 open scholarships for the 2021-22 season after Jalen Pickett announced Thursday he was entering the transfer portal after three seasons at Siena, and take his talents elsewhere. Pickett, a former MAAC Player of The Year, follows this year's Player of The Year, Manny Camper (turning pro) and former CBA star Jordan King out of Loudonville.

Suddenly, the Saints aren't the prohibitive favorites in the MAAC next season.
