News & notes

Shenendehowa grad Ian Anderson will try to lock down the National League title and a spot in the World Series for the Atlanta Braves vs. the defending champion Los Angeles Dodgers tonight. Atlanta leads the NLCS, 3-2, but keep in mind, they also choked away a 3-1 lead in games a year ago to the Dodgers, and the winner of this series will face the Houston Astros, who eliminated Boston in six games last night.
