 When Troy High's women's basketball team takes the court this winter, they have to replace three top players from last season. Addie Borowsky graduated, and Ava Mamone reportedly decided to go the prep school route.

Now comes word that Kate Gilooly has transferred across town to LaSalle, which will play its first varsity season this year. As we noted yesterday, the two city rivals will not meet on the court this season.


We are waiting on the results of Troy's soccer & golf matches vs. Burnt Hills on Tuesday, but, predictably, the Spartans shut out Troy in volleyball in straight sets, snapping the Lady Horses' 3 match winning streak.

Meanwhile, the post-Olivia DeCitise era begins for Troy bowling this December:
