A state appeals court upheld an earlier ruling requiring the Cambridge school district to officially discontinue the use of "Indians" as the school's nickname. The district is in the process of revealing the new team name & mascot, which will come sometime in 2024.

Siena's women's basketball team squared their record at 3-3, and held off a late Fordham rally to take down the Lady Rams, 65-62, at UHY Center Thursday.
Valencia Fontanelle-Posson (Guilderland) played just 3 minutes before going down with a leg injury. Ahniysha Jackson (Albany) led Siena with 17 points. Siena led wire-to-wire.
