 The Albany Patroons have released their 2025 schedule, which includes 4 games with the expansion NY Phoenix---2 home, 2 away----but no games with teams from the Basketball Super League. Jamestown has moved into that league, so the Pats won't see them this season.

March 13: @ NY Phoenix.

March 14: @ Rochester.

March 23: @ Connecticut.

March 28: Reading.

March 29: @ Jersey Shore.

April 1: Rochester.

April 5: Tri-City Tide (3 cities in New Brunswick, Canada).

April 11: Rochester.

April 13: @ Connecticut.

April 22: NY Phoenix.

April 25: @ Port City (New Brunswick, Canada).

April 26: @ Tri-City.

April 27: @ Halifax.

May 2; @ Connecticut.

May 5: NY Phoenix.

May 9: @ Rochester.

May 18: Home finale vs. Rochester.

 UAlbany's women's basketball team took down Lowell Saturday afternoon, 53-39. Lilly Phillips (Cambridge) led Albany with 15 points, while Kaci Donovan & Kayla Cooper added 14 each. Meghan Huerter added 6. Abby Ray didn't score in limited court time.

Meanwhile, at Broadview Center, Byron Joshua led 4 Great Danes in double figures with 18 points, but it was not enough, as Lowell came away with a 73-69 victory.

We would be remiss if we didn't mention that both Troy High & LaSalle cracked the top 5 in Class AA, per the Albany Times-Union's weekly rankings. LaSalle is playing Utica-Proctor at Hamilton College tonight before visiting Zotto Gym on Tuesday vs. Troy.
