COVID be buggin', part 3

We noted earlier that UAlbany was forced to postpone tonight's game vs. Bucknell due to COVID-related issues on the Great Danes.

Now comes word that Siena is also dealing with more COVID postponements.

The winless Lady Saints have had two MAAC games, vs. Manhattan & Niagara, scheduled for Thursday & Saturday, postponed. If they can't make up the dates, Siena would be forced to forfeit the games under NCAA COVID guidelines.

The men, meanwhile, were set to play Canisius on Sunday, but that, too, has been postponed. The school has issued the following statement:

Same deal for the guys. If they can't reschedule Canisius, the Golden Griffins would forfeit, since the COVID issues are connected to their roster.

This is not the end, friends, not by a longshot.
