We can confirm that the Shenendehowa-Adirondack game that was postponed over the weekend was due to a COVID outbreak at Shen. The school has paused its hockey & wrestling teams until after Christmas. One gets the feeling this isn't the end.
None of the scores from Sunday's Coaches vs. Cancer Bracket Buster games at Hudson Valley Community College can be found in today's papers due to either deadlines or space considerations. We do have the scores from all 8 games on the Sunday card.
Green Tech 62, Troy 54. Troy has now dropped 3 of their last four, and 0-2 in non-league play. Fortunately, they'll play Dave Pugilese's hapless Averill Park squad tomorrow at home before going to Christmas break. Green Tech avenged a loss to Troy in the 2013 Class AA title game, albeit with different casts on both sides.
