Troy High snapped a six game losing streak Friday in thrashing Lansingburgh, 61-19. The Troy defense held the Lady Knights without a point in the 2nd & 4th quarters in a rare (for Troy) dominating performance. Ava Mamone led Troy with 19 points, and Makya Chapman added 10.

Unfortunately, Troy's reward is a 3rd meeting with Burnt Hills in the quarter-finals.
Meanwhile, Emma Willard, which has lost to Troy in the 1st round in 2019-20, fell to South Glens Falls, 58-51. The Bulldogs will play Averill Park in the quarters, another rematch, this one from AP's preseason tournament back in December.
