Thursday's lacrosse scoreboard, 4/7

Thursday's rain wiped out baseball, softball, and tennis matches scheduled for the day, and a few lacrosse matches, too, despite the fact that lacrosse, like football & soccer, can be played in the rain, and a few teams braved the elements.

The big attraction of the night, of course, was Syracuse visiting UAlbany. ACC vs. America East, an in-state rivalry that, had it not been for the rain, would've brought a bigger crowd to Casey Stadium at UAlbany.

At the end of the night, the Great Danes defeated the Orange, 14-12.
