News & notes

 Impact Wrestling has confirmed that Albany native Bobby Fish (Colonie High graduate) will be at Bound For Glory on Friday and the Impact tapings on Saturday, both at the Washington Avenue Armory. Fish was released by All Elite Wrestling when his contract expired prior to last month's Dynamite live broadcast at MVP Arena, so this will be Bobby's first appearance in Albany since his NXT days.

Speaking of Colonie alumni, Brian O'Keefe, after his debut with Seattle last week, was optioned back to Triple-A, as he is ineligible for the Mariners' post-season roster, with the playoffs set to start on Friday. We'll be watching when training camps open up in 4 months if he makes the Mariners' 2023 opening day roster.
===================================
Troy High had its winning streak snapped in volleyball Tuesday with a loss to Shaker in five sets. Troy drops to 5-5 for the season. We're assuming Shaker also beat Troy in golf.
