 Javion McCollum returned from injury, and led four Siena players in double figures as the Saints defeated Quinnipiac, 83-76, Friday afternoon. McCollum finished with 25 points. Andrew Platek (Guilderland/North Carolina) added 19 for the Saints.


Siena will stay in Connecticut, and ring in the new year tomorrow at Fairfield.

Traditionally, either Shenendehowa, Saratoga, or CBA would be atop the Blue division in the Suburban Council. Not this year.

Ballston Spa is undefeated at 7-0 after blowing out Hudson Falls, 92-56, on Friday night. The Scotties will travel to Zotto Gym next Friday to play Troy, which is looking to dig out of a 2-game losing streak, both in non-league play.
