High School Fridays: Sectional scoreboard, 2/17/23

It is the first weekend of sectional play in basketball, with eight games on tonight's card, with all but one having been reported.

Women:

Class C:

Waterford (Wasaren League) 50, Schoharie (Western Athletic Conference) 39.

Hoosic Valley (Wasaren League) 39, Galway (Adirondack League) 30.

Class CC:

Stillwater (Wasaren League) 64, Lake George (Adirondack League) 21.

Hoosick Falls (Wasaren League) 34, Chatham (Patroon Conference) 27.

Granville @ Rensselaer has not been reported as of press time.

Men:

Class B:

Johnstown (Foothills Council) 71, Coxsackie-Athens (Patroon Conference) 49.

Broadalbin-Perth (Foothills Council) 69, Ravena (Colonial Council) 60.

Taconic Hills (Patroon Conference) 64, Cairo-Durham (Patroon Conference) 48.
