RPI's women's soccer team played the 2nd of back-to-back home games Sunday afternoon vs. SUNY-New Paltz, after playing to a 1-1 tie vs. SUNY-Cortland on Saturday. A late goal gives the Lady Engineers a 2-1 verdict.

After snapping a 6 game losing streak Saturday night, the 'Cats held on to beat Trois-Rivieres, 11-9, Sunday afternoon, but by the time the game was over, the 'Cats' fate was sealed, as red-hot Sussex County defeated the Empire State Greys to take the last Wild Card, and the Valleycats were denied their first Frontier League postseason berth.

High school sports will be fully underway tomorrow after 1 1/2 weeks of scrimmages and non-league games. However, most schools might not have their social media sites ready to go until classes begin later in the week.
