Amare Marshall led 4 Great Danes in double figures with 30 points, but it was not nearly enough to beat Lowell, as the River Hawks handed Albany their first loss at Broadview Arena this season, 97-76. Jonathan Beagle, Sebastian Thomas, & Aaron Reddish all had 12 points each. Marcus Jackson (Albany Academy) was held scoreless in just 16 minutes of game action.

Meanwhile, Albany won the women's match in a matinee in Lowell, 65-49, running their winning streak to 11 in a row. Kayla Cooper led Albany with 22 points. Meghan Huerter earned a start, and had 9 points. Lilly Phillips added 6. Abby Ray was kept scoreless in 16 minutes on the floor.

Siena took down Rider in MAAC women's action, 79-58. Anajah Brown led Siena with 21 points. Ahniysha "Baby" Jackson (Albany) didn't play, and while we're not sure of this, it may be because of injury. We'll know for certain in Siena's next game.
