 It's that time again.

The Arsenal City Run in Watervliet takes place this Sunday. CDTA will reroute their BusPlus lines and the #22 line in both directions between Troy & Albany for the duration of the race, which, surprisingly, isn't getting the in-town promotions it usually gets.

Shaker High will be in the spotlight for the 2nd time in 3 weeks when they visit Guilderland tonight on Friday Night Matchup. Kickoff is just after 7 pm.

Troy High & LaSalle met on the soccer pitch for the first time in a decade or better Thursday night at Picken Field. The game ended in a scoreless draw after overtime. Troy stays home to play Averill Park on Saturday afternoon. At LaSalle, the women, meeting for the first time, played to a 2-2 draw.
