 It's win or go home tonight for the Tri-City Valleycats, as they play their first postseason game in six years, hosting Ottawa at Bruno Stadium. First pitch is around 6:30 pm.


Wes Albert will get the start for Tri-City. Albert played for the now-defunct Empire State Greys last season.

The season is over at Saratoga, and while Irad Ortiz, Jr. won another riding title, and Mechanicville native Chad Brown was the leading trainer, Saratoga native Dylan Davis, son of Robbie Davis, had a breakout meet, finishing with 36 winners, including one on Monday. Davis guided Big Invasion to victory in the Harvey Pack Stakes for his final win of the season.

NYRA will have 10 days off before racing resumes on Friday the 13th at Aqueduct.
