 Shaker grad Tommy Kahnle's 2nd tour of duty with the Yankees is over. Kahnle signed a free agent contract with Detroit earlier this week to bolster the Tigers' bullpen. Reportedly, the Yankees couldn't afford the price Kahnle and his agent were asking.

It was "Pink Zone Night" at UHY Center on the Siena campus, and the Lady Saints left Marist feeling, well, a wee bit blue.

Anajah Brown, despite a flu bug, led Siena with 17 points. Ahniysha Jackson added 14, and Teresa Seppala had 15, including her 1000th collegiate point, joining Jackson in that elite group, as Siena dispatched the Red Foxes, 62-46. Up next is a road trip to Quinnipiac tomorrow.
