Former UAlbany basketball manager Charlie Rock, class of 2022, was let go by the NFL's Carolina Panthers Thursday in the wake of remarks made on social media in relation to the murder of conservative provocateur Charlie Kirk. Whatever your personal feelings are about Kirk and his political views, they should be moved to the side as we mourn, as a nation, his passing.
