Section 2 women's volleyball sectional pairings released

 Section II has released the women's volleyball sectional pairings. Competition begins later this week. Men's pairings will be announced later.

Class AAA:

Thursday:

Colonie @ Guilderland. Winner to play Shenendehowa November 5.

Shaker @ Albany. Winner to play Saratoga.

The semi-finals will be at South Glens Falls, with the finals at Saratoga November 8.

Class AA:

Thursday:

Troy @ South Glens Falls. This is wrong! Troy is the only undefeated team in the class, and they're a #5 seed?!? Politics at work! The winner plays Bethlehem.

Niskayuna @ Queensbury. Winner plays Columbia.

Stillwater hosts the semi-finals on November 5, with the finals at Saratoga November 7.

Class A:

Hudson Falls @ Academy of Holy Names. Winner earns the right to be trampled by Burnt Hills.

Cohoes @ Mohonasen.

Averill Park @ Glens Falls.

Semi-finals are at Broadalbin-Perth on November 5, while Saratoga hosts the finals on November 8.
