Mike Williams & AJ Mosby led Albany with 21 points each. Jared Sam and Anthony Moe added 15 each.

The Basketball League will have its All-Star game in Syracuse Saturday night. Mosby will represent the Patroons on the roster.

We cannot stress this enough. Some schools are not being timely in submitting scores for whatever reason. If you're a parent attending a game or a tennis or track meet, do yourself and your school a favor, and help submit the scores to the local papers. You'll be glad you did.

Ian Anderson's 1st start of 2022 didn't go the way the Shenendehowa grad intended.

Anderson was knocked out in the 3rd inning of a loss to Cincinnati, giving up 5 runs and walking 5 in 2 2/3 innings, with only one strikeout.

Siena coach Tony Rossi moved Brett Young back to his high school position at third base in recent games, and Young has thrived, despite the fact the Saints lost a weekend series to Manhattan. Young went 2-3 with a triple and 2 runs scored in a 11-4 loss to the Jaspers on Saturday, then came back to go 1-2 with 2 walks and a run scored as Siena fell again on Saturday, 9-2.

The Saints are 5-4 in MAAC play, but a disturbing 8-22 overall
