Troy High update, 9/21

About the only bright spot for Troy High fans on Tuesday was the volleyball team pitching a shutout against Lansingburgh. The Flying Horses won in straight sets, but the result was never reported to the papers. Why? Don't know, but check the video:

The Knights had been looking for some payback after Troy swept through the Early Burgh tournament on September 10, but it was not to be. The JV's also won in straight sets (best of 3 for the JV's as opposed to best of 5 for the varsity).

Meanwhile, Ballston Spa had the better of Troy in tennis, golf, & soccer, but the scores were not reported in time for deadlines.

We do know, though that B-Spa shut out the Troy men's soccer team, 5-0, extending the boys' losing streak to 3 games.
