The Golden Knights' women's basketball team dropped a 63-56 decision to Pace. Payton Graber (Schalmont/HVCC) led the way with 15 points for Will Brown's club. Maddisyn Mahoney (Shaker) added 6, and Syrita Faraj (Tamarac/Russell Sage) had 10 points. The Lady Knights will play Vermont on Sunday before returning home Tuesday to play Assumption.

It was not good for UAlbany, either.

Playing in front of a national television audience on FS1, the Great Danes (1-2) laid an egg in losing to Seton Hall, 96-71. Jonathan Beagle (Hudson Falls) had just 8 points. Marcus Jackson (Albany Academy) was held to 5. Albany's road trip continues at Quinnipiac on Sunday before playing Army at Cool Insuring Arena on Tuesday.
