There won't be a homecoming for Saratoga grad Dolly Cairns.
Cairns & Florida Gulf Coast gave it a ride, all the way to the wire, but fell to Oklahoma, 73-70, in the 1st round of the Women's NCAA tournament on Saturday. Cairns finished with 10 points and 2 rebounds.
On the men's side, August Mahoney (Albany Academy) had 14 points, and was a key cog in Yale's 1st round win over Auburn on Friday. The Bulldogs will play San Diego State in the nightcap tonight (9:40 pm, TBS).
