Softball:
UAlbany swept UMass-Lowell, 9-1 & 8-0. Olivia DeCitise (Troy) pitched in relief in game 1, which went 5 innings, and gave up just 2 hits and a walk while striking out two in 1 2/3 innings. She went 1 1/3 innings in game 2, gave up a run on 3 hits.
The transition from high school to college has not been a smooth one for Olivia. She has an unsightly 7.64 ERA in 14 2/3 innings this season, including the 3 she pitched on Tuesday. At the plate, she is 0-4.
Siena split with Marist, winning the 1st game, 2-1, then losing in 5 innings, 10-1, in the nightcap.
College of St. Rose swept American International, 6-2 & 6-5.
Cobleskill swept Canton, 15-2 (6 innings) & 7-0.
RPI & Williams played to a 3-3 tie. (Don't ask)
